Title A name given to the resource MS 1003, Scroll of Esther Description An account of the resource MS1003 is a complete copy of the Scroll of Esther. The scroll was written in Morocco on finished Klaf parchment. As is the custom of many Sephardim, the scroll is mounted on a roller to facilitate its handling while reading. This is the original scroll mounted on the original wooden roller. The complete scroll contains 16 columns of text. These are formatted to contain 23 lines per column, except for the column listing the names of the ten sons of Haman. These are scribed in larger bold letters and written in ten separate lines.
