Transcript of a meeting with various representatives from San Diego Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) and San Diego Gas & Electric. Participants discuss the demands made by CORE, in particular the request that SDG&E increase the number of black employees above janitorial staff to 7% of the current employees. The transcript is partial.
